I didn t finish reading this book I was irritated from the beginning that the recipes use already round meat from the store One of the big reasons for making my own sausage is to know what is oing in the meat I wanted advice on the best cuts to use and ratios and tips on stuffing casings This book does not offer that I was also hoping for recipes than recipes to use the sausages in Although some recipes did look ood I didn t make any are Plenty Of Good Recipes On of ood recipes on internet that I only want to cook with l For some of the exotic type of sausages it s nice to know that you don t really need a well stocked spice rack There are some interesting recipes on how to cook with sausage I feel that varions should for making sausage For example the recipe to make Polish sausage is no wheres near the formula that I learned rowing up as a child of Polish descent It would also have been nice to have some recipes for making sausage from ame Every recipe I ve tried has been divine Would highly recommend this one YUM Hambur.
